Shipping
Products in our shop ship directly from the brand that makes them. Imperial Barber Products ships from California and Shear Revival ships from New Jersey. If you order from both, your items arrive in separate parcels.
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage within 2 business days. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days once the parcel is on its way. We ship within the United States only.
Returns
You can return a product within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Opened personal care products cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, contact the shop with your order number. We will send you a return label and instructions. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, or something is missing, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, your refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually within a few business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, return the item and place a new order.
