Timberlodge Parlor is nestled within the Pacific City shopping mall and can be a little confusing to find on your first visit. Free validated parking for your appointment is provided. Although we do accommodate walk-ins occasionally when we are in the shop we are typically appointment only, please book on our website, call, or text to make an appointment.

Entering from the parking garage
Entry through the parking garage is explained best by watching the video below. If you have any trouble you can call Timberlodge Parlor for assistance. We recommend arriving around 10 to 15 minutes early for your first appointment and being sure to allot enough time to walk up for any future appointments.
Entering From the Pasea Hotel
Some clients who are staying at the Pasea Hotel may walk over from the hotel. If you are walking over you can enter from the side of the Pacific City building nearest to the Pasea. This will bring you into the food court.
The Timberlodge Parlor is within Salon Republic which is directly in the food court to the right as you walk through the doors. When you enter you will see a glass window with the Salon Republic sign over it, the Barber suite is in Room 306 which is halfway down the center hallway when you walk into Salon Republic.
Please note that if your appointment is outside of the hours of Tuesday-Saturday 9am to 6pm the door may be locked, please search the callbox for Joann Vu and press Call to get buzzed into the door.
