Our AI booking assistant answers texts 24/7. Tell it what you want — a haircut Friday at 3, your usual with Sarah — and it'll find the slot, confirm the price, and put it on the books.

What it can do

  • Book an appointment. Pick your service, stylist, day, and time — the bot confirms the slot and the total before booking.
  • Reschedule or cancel. Move it to a different day, or cancel outright. The bot honors the shop's lead-time policy and hands off to a person when something needs a human touch.
  • Look up your appointments. "When's my next visit?" or "What did I book last time?" — and "Book the same as last time" works too.
  • Check your notification preferences. See which emails or texts you're signed up for. (Changing them happens on the website.)
  • Login help. Forgot your username, or which email you signed up with? The bot can read your account details back to you and text you a one-time reset link if you need it.
  • Fix a bad email. If you're not getting our booking confirmations or reminders, your email on file might have a typo. Just say so — the bot can correct it on the spot.
  • Check your rewards points. Ask for your balance, see what you can redeem, and use points toward your next booking — the discount is applied automatically.
  • Ask about deals. Active promo codes, standing discounts (military, student, senior, first responder) — if it applies to you, the bot can attach it to a new booking on the spot.
  • Talk to a human. Any time you want, just say so. The bot hands the conversation to staff and gives you the shop's direct number too.
