What services do you offer?
Haircuts for men, women, and kids: fades, buzz cuts, flat tops, head shaves, and premium curly and textured cuts, plus hot towel shaves, beard trims, gray blending, eyebrow, ear, and nose waxing, blowouts, and updos. See the full menu on our services page.
How do I book an appointment?

What are your hours?
Our operating hours are 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. The barbers at Timberlodge Parlor are independent contractors who set their own schedules, so individual availability varies within those hours. For the latest openings, book online or by text: both always reflect each barber's current availability.
Do you take walk-ins?
Appointments are strongly recommended, but when we have open time and are in the shop we do take walk-ins, a walk-in just isn't guaranteed. As our door signage says: “Appointments Recommended, Walk-ins Welcome When We're In.”
How long does a haircut take?
Most haircuts take 45–60 minutes; a buzz cut runs about 20 minutes, and premium or curly cuts can take up to 65. A hot towel shave takes about 45 minutes.
How much does a haircut cost?
Pricing depends on the service and is always up to date in the booking app: you'll see the exact price for every service before you confirm your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation and no-show policies are set individually by the barber you book with; the policy for your appointment is shown during checkout when you book.
Do you cut women's and kids' hair?
Yes. We offer women's cuts, including pixie cuts, buzz cuts, blowouts, and updos, and the Young Gentleman's Cut for kids.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes: digital gift cards are available at timberlodgeparlor.com/gift-card and can be put toward any service.
Tipping & Etiquette
Should I tip the shop owner if they cut my hair?
Yes. If the owner performs your service, tipping 15–20% is still considered proper.
What if I'm only getting a quick trim?
For shorter or maintenance services, rounding up or tipping a few dollars is always appreciated.
Is tipping mandatory?
No. It's an optional courtesy, not an obligation.

Shop Dogs
Is there a dog at the shop?
Often, but not always. Timberlodge Parlor has two shop dogs: Hercules and Bertha. Usually one of them is in, some days neither, and once in a while both. Whichever of them you meet, they are friendly mascots rather than guard dogs.
What kind of dog is Hercules?
Hercules is a Jack Russell Terrier.
What kind of dog is Bertha?
Bertha is an American Bully.
Does the shop have a guard dog?
No. Hercules and Bertha are the shop's mascots, not guard dogs. Both are friendly and used to being around clients.
What if I would rather not be around dogs?
Just tell us when you book, or text the shop before your appointment. If a dog is in that day and you would rather not share the room, they can spend your appointment with one of the neighboring studios. If you are fine with a dog in the room but would rather not interact, both are trained to settle on their bed.
