Philz built its reputation on custom-blended, one-cup-at-a-time pour-overs, and the Pacific City location is our literal neighbor: same complex, steps away.

First visit? Tell them how you actually drink coffee (sweet, creamy, black, strong) and let them pick the blend. The Mint Mojito is the famous one for a reason, but the quieter medium blends are where the menu really earns it.

Tell them how you like it and they will build the cup around you, which is roughly our philosophy with haircuts too: no menu item survives contact with what actually suits you. The obvious pre-appointment stop.
